All products are shipped NZ Post e-ship track and trace, All products shipped from RWB Communications have insurance included in the postage charges, at no extra cost to the customer.

Returns & Replacement

If goods purchased are found to be faulty after inspection by RWB Communications and deemed a warranty fault, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge
